Hi, I'm Jake Isler! I’m a 21-year-old senior at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, where I’ve sharpened my skills in storytelling, video production, and graphic design. My passion lies in blending creativity with humor to craft compelling narratives that leave a lasting impression.

I’ve always been a storyteller at heart. From sketching on paper as a kid to experimenting with painting and now mastering digital graphic design, my artistic journey reflects my love for visual expression. Over the years, this passion has evolved into a fascination with comedic storytelling—especially where scripted meets reality, inspired by creative geniuses like Nathan Fielder and Sacha Baron Cohen. I’m drawn to unconventional formats, mockumentaries, and experimental content that challenge traditional boundaries.

Beyond the classroom, I’m the driving force behind BarstoolCuse, a Syracuse-focused social media platform with over 80,000 followers, where I showcase my ability to engage audiences through humor and relatable content. I also manage @Everything.Isles, an Instagran fanpage I created dedicated to the New York Islander. With over 12,000 followers, I built a community through creativity.

It is my dream to produce stories satirizing our culture and society. Whether it’s through comedy videos, campaign satire, or mockumentary-style filmmaking, I aim to create work that sparks conversation and brings hilarious new perspectives to the table.

My ultimate dream is to bring my creative energy to a TV show of my own, blending my skills in comedy writing and production with my passion for storytelling. Whether in New York or Los Angeles, I’m excited to take on opportunities that let me collaborate, innovate, and entertain.
